SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Valentin Aesthtetics makes it a top priority that your experience with us is smooth and satisfactory. Purchases made on ValentinAestheticsskincare.com can only be billed and shipped in the "Contiguous United States" . Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on the product availability. Please note: all purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. 

 

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

All orders placed on Valentinaestheticsskincare.com are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Orders must be placed by 2 PM CST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-4 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed Monday-Friday.  Please note that for Express shipping orders must be placed before 2 PM CST to be processed before the end of the day.

 

Processing time for orders placed from November 22nd through December 1st may exceed 1-4 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to process and ship. If you have not received a notification past the 7 business day time frame, please reach out to our customer service team.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Valentin Aesthetics Skincare

 

Once the items have been returned and inspected at our facility a refund will be filed. Please allow 7-10 business days(excluding weekends and public holidays) for refunds to be credited back to your original form of payment. Original shipping charges to or from the facility are non-refundable.

 

  • Returns made beyond the following time limit will be refused and mailed back to the shipping address on the original order.

  • We require the complete system or bundle to be returned together. Incomplete bundles or kits will not be eligible for a refund.

  • The product is to be returned in the original packaging, unused, undamaged and with all original seals attached. 

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return to properly file a refund. The proof of purchase may be the packing slip or a printed copy of the order confirmation.

Sale items

All sale items or discounted Items are final sale.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that your order arrives damaged in anyway, please email us as soon as possible at info@valentinaesthetics.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
